Hey there, Beauty's! I happen to have really large pores that are so hard to cover up. I swear, I've tried so many primers but none of them ever worked properly. I tried high-end luxury brands like Dior and I even gave in and tried a few drugstore brands and we all know I don't like using drugstore brands. I kept hearing people talk about Charlotte Tilbury's Hollywood Flawless Filter Primer so I really wanted to try it. Every single time I tried to order it, it was either completely sold out or my shade was sold out. This was back when it first came out. After months and months of trying, I finally got lucky and found a mini that was still in stock. I was beyond thrilled and excited to try it out. Once I finally did, I was totally blown away! It works so well on my skin. I can even use it with other brands of foundation without any issues. This stuff is incredible and when you pair it with her setting powder, your skin looks so smooth.
The primer alone is slightly tinted so it can be used by itself. If you don't want to wear foundation, you can add setting powder over the primer and it will even out your skin's texture and tone. At least it does for me. Without setting powder, the primer looks like a glowing tinted moisturizer. It blurs my pores and preps my skin for anything I want to put over it. It's completely fantastic! ~My Personal Experience!~
This primer is literally like Hollywood in a bottle! Everything it claims it'll do, it actually does! I've tried tons of different primers that always say "blurring" but I never quite understood what that meant because I never actually got the blurring results. That is at least until I found this one! It doesn't feel heavy or greasy. It actually feels like my skin but better. My foundation looks better than ever before when I use this primer first. ~My Personal Experience!~
This setting powder is super silky-soft! It goes over the foundation so well. It looks and feels like there's nothing on my skin. It's quite impressive. Oh yeah, and did I mention the luxurious limited edition packaging? Well it's freaking beautiful! It screams high-end. The great thing about this powder is that when I wear it with just a primer, it makes my skin look flawless and even. That's without foundation! It blurs my pores and evens out my complexion. ✅️ My Conclusion! -
I've been using Charlotte Tilbury's primer, foundation and setting powder all together and let me tell you what, it gives me a flawless complexion! I love how well the formulas just compliment each other. I've noticed more and more that if you want a flawless look, it's best to use the same brand of products or at least do your research on the ingredients and formula so you can make sure they match. Either way, this set is my personal favorite by CT! It's absolutely worth the purchase and the price. I definitely recommend them.
