Hey there, Beauty's! So, Probiotics? What are they? What do they do for our bodies? Do I need Probiotics? These are questions that played over and over in my head until I found Silver Fern Brand. Their supplements have helped me in so many different ways. Right now my top favorite supplement from them is their Ultimate Probiotics.

~My Personal Experience!~
I started taking Probiotics because I was sick all the time. I was constantly on antibiotics to treat the issue and to try and prevent future problems. The antibiotics were destroying my digestive track and were really weakening my immune system. I needed to repair some of the damage that had already been done and that's when I found Silver Fern Brand and their Ultimate Probiotic. I was actually quite skeptical at first because I had tried another brand in the past with no success.
The Ultimate Probiotic was crafted differently than most other brands. Probiotics have to be done just right because they need to be able to survive all the way through your digestive track which means through your stomach acid. • The capsules are easy to swallow. They are vegan capsules that don't upset my stomach at all.
• These Probiotic strains are great to take when needing to prevent antibiotics related diarrhea.
• These Probiotics help prevent antibiotic induced bacteria imbalances. Antibiotics can cause constipation, bloating and even ulcers! I know from experience.
• My stomach doesn’t burn or ache as often. I usually have bad acid reflux but after the Probiotics and a few other Silver Fern Brand Supplements, I don't need tons of antacids anymore.
• Silver Fern Brand has me on a regimen that also helps regulate your digestive health. In so many words, it helps you go to the bathroom regularly.
