Hey there Beauty's! Who here sometimes wishes that their skin had a "reset" button? I know I do! Since such button hasn't been created yet, I found the next best thing! A wash off mask that's exfoliating, brightening and it smooths all those tiny bumps that you can get from sweating.
I have Combination Skin that's Acne-prone so exfoliating is a must for me. If I don't exfoliate every other day, when I wear Foundation my skin looks flaky and my pores look huge. ~My Experience!~
If you're new to The Researching Beauty Blog or just newly discovering my reviews, I should probably mention that I am obsessed with Bubble Skincare. Their products are amazing! This mask is a prime example of how great their products are.
For an exfoliating mask, it's incredibly gentle. I basically get the same results from this as I would a vigorous exfoliating scrub. You just can't beat the results especially for this price. Check out my list of benefits down below!
• This mask feels really cool and refreshing when applying. Especially if I kept it in the fridge.
• It's a velvet-like, lightweight and gentle mask. It is a much safer alternative to vigorous exfoliating scrubs.
• It brightens up my complexion and leaves my skin glowing.
• It deeply exfoliates while removing all the dead skin cells from my face.
• It seems to clear out all the gunk from my pores which makes them much less visible.
• Doesn't dry out my skin or cause any irritation or acne breakouts.
• I really like using it around that time of month because I break out more around then. If I'm remembering to use it, my skin doesn't break out at all.
• It comes in a travel friendly container that's easy to use. It has a pump type top which makes much less mess.

📇 Key Ingredients! -
👉 AHA Blend -
AHAs work by dissolving the top layer of skin to reveal new skin cells underneath. Use AHAs to make pores appear smaller or to lessen the appearance of fine lines. Glycolic acid is the most common AHA. BHAs penetrate the pores to unclog them and are more suited to oily and combination skin types.
👉 Willow Bark Extract -
Willow Bark Extract has been used for centuries to soothe irritated skin. Containing salicin—from which salicylic acid is derived—this versatile ingredient is both anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, clearing pores and alleviating acne and irritation.
👉 PHA -
PHAs are a chemical exfoliant. Exfoliation helps to slough away dead, dull-looking cells, reveal healthy cells, reduce hyperpigmentation, and improve skin texture. PHAs also hydrate skin.
👉 Azelaic Acid -
Azelaic acid kills bacteria on your skin that causes acne. Experts aren't exactly sure how this happens, but using a 15% to 20% cream can lower the amount of bacteria on the skin. It's also an antioxidant that can counter the effects of, or neutralize, free radicals.
👉 Fruit Enzymes / Extracts -
Fruit enzymes exfoliate the skin by breaking down the material that binds dead skin cells together, meaning they remove only the topmost layer of dead skin cells at the surface. They also actively soothe skin; in skincare, fruit enzymes are most used as a safe and gentle form of exfoliation.

Over time, sun exposure can cause a thickening of the skin that shows up in your skin’s appearance and texture. Exfoliating can rejuvenate your skin and even out the texture. However, if you have a sunburn, wait to exfoliate until your skin is fully healed.

🔎 Directions -
1️⃣ Cleanse your skin with a light gentle cleanser first.
2️⃣ Once a week, after cleansing, apply Deep Dive to clean, dry skin. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and remove with warm water and a washcloth. Avoid using with other exfoliating products.
3️⃣ Use a moisturizer of your choice, and always follow-up Deep Dive with Float On Soothing Face Oil. (Or a facial oil of your choice)

✅️ My Conclusion -
This mask is amazing! I love how gentle it is and how well it actually works. It makes my skin so smooth and soft. As I mentioned before, it's totally like having a reset button for your skin. After using it just once, my skin looked brighter and my pores were less visible. They recommend only using it once a week but I've been able to use it at least twice a week with no problems. Bubble Beauty even recommends it for all skin types which is really great for an exfoliating product. All in all, this Mask is a must-have product and I definitely recommend it!

⁉️ Question - Does this mask have any added fragrance?
▪️ Answer - No! Bubble Beauty never adds fragrance to their products. In fact, most of their products are scent-free but this mask has a tiny bit of natural scent to it from its ingredients.
⁉️ Question - What is the texture like in this mask?
▪️ Answer - It has a thick Balm-like Gel texture. It isn't as thick as a heavy clay mask.
⁉️ Question - Does this mask hold in place or does it run?
▪️ Answer - It holds in place really well. As long as you're not dripping in sweat, you shouldn't have any problems with it running.
